Office Interior

Oct 2025
Summary
This project involved the creation of a high-detail architectural visualization for an office space, evolving over several rounds of precise feedback to ensure the final image was an accurate and "sellable" representation for the client’s presentation. The core challenge was translating a design concept into a single, photorealistic rendering that captured specific architectural details, materials, and complex lighting conditions.

Iterative Refinement

Successfully navigated multiple rounds of detailed revisions, shifting from multiple views to a single, straight-on, photorealistic angle, and incorporating fine-grain details such as a foot rail, a wall-colored K-brace, and small office accessories (monitor, etc.) for realism.

Lighting Expertise

Executed advanced lighting adjustments, including managing glare from a glass door and fine-tuning sun dappling to achieve the client’s desired “realistic” interior atmosphere.

Business Development

Provided a comprehensive project brief and pricing structure for future collaborations, covering base costs ($450 starting), turnaround time (1 week standard, 3-day rush), and revision rounds (3 max).

Successful Outcome

The final rendering was delivered to the client's enthusiastic approval.

Yes!!! That’s exactly what I had envisioned. The lighting makes a big difference. Now it looks more realistic.
